A&I Quality Butchers have been in business for 21 years, with over 40 years’ experience in the butcher trade. Over that time we have built up a reputation with consistent quality and a firm commitment to the craft of the traditional butcher. It is these skills that set us apart as a trusted partner to our catering clients, and we’re proud to supply a range of hotels, restaurants and cafes throughout the UK.
We offer a competitive rate for our catering partners and can offer deliveries on most weekdays.
We provide the same excellent quality of products as we serve on our own counters at our A&I shop in Inverness, tried and tested by customers. This can include our famous award-winning sausages and puddings, as well as the finest choice of meat cuts hand selected by our master butcher, Ali Paul. If you have particular requirements for a specific menu, we will always do our best to deliver what you need.
A&I Quality Butcher’s speciality gluten-free products are also available to ensure that your guests have a range of options to suit dietary requirements.

We don’t know why the Chicken crossed the road – but we do know that it won’t have crossed too many to get to you. The majority of our produce is locally sourced – supporting Highland farms, and keeping our food miles as low as possible.
