An intro to our Beef
Rich in iron and high-quality protein, beef is a firm favourite here and across the world. Beef contains all the amino acids needed to help build muscle and bone, and its high levels of vitamins will boost energy levels and satisfy even the heartiest of appetites!
Our beef is predominantly sourced from local Highland farms.
As a traditional butcher, we take great care to source the best animals and ensure the highest quality of meat for our customers. From our traditional steaks of fillet, sirloin, rump and ribeye to our handmade products, there’s always a range great options for you in our shop. Our steak pies are infamous and come packed with our juiciest and tastiest beef cuts – and plenty of them!
Meanwhile our cheese burgers and beef burgers, like many of our products, are award-winning. Our beef sausage was recently voted the ‘Best in the North of Scotland’ at the Scottish Craft Butcher Awards. We also supply the finest minced and stewing steak to help you create the tastiest spaghetti bolognese or a hearty steak stew. Our trained butchers will be happy to advise on the best cuts for your menu, so come and ask!
