For the last 20 years A&I Quality Butchers have been pleased to serve the Highlands with some of the finest quality meats available.

Our passion is good food, served the right way. While many butchers simply provide meat from a third party, our team of traditional butchers source each individual animal and undertake each cut to maintain a consistently high quality.

As well as a range of traditional meat products, our shops also stock a variety of quality produce, including seasonal fruit and vegetables from local Highland Farms, fresh free range eggs – and Highland Honey from Tomatin.

We’re also pleased to supply a range of produce for those with special dietary needs, including our Gluten Free products made by us here in Inverness.
